Incredibly Creative. I had an investment home is Georgia I wanted to sell, and I was living in Florida. At an investors meeting, I announced to the group my wish to sell the home in Georgia, and buy investment property in Florida. At the end of the meeting, Paul came up to me and mentioned he had a couple that wanted to sell their home and move to Georgia. I gave him the information, and within a week, I had an investment home in Florida. We traded my home in Georgia for the home in Florida.
