I was wanting to know what kind of waterfront lots you have in the Port Charlotte and Punta Gorda area?
Bill,
I have access to ALL lots for sale in Charlotte County -- Personally, I live in Punta Gorda and love it!
What are you looking for -- I know a few people who own lots and have them for sale if someone asks. They do not have signs on them, nor are they listed on the MLS system.
Hi,any of the lots in SGC have owner Fin ,and if so what are the terms,Glenn
Glenn,
We have many lots available with owner financing.
Terms are generally 20 -- 25% down, 6% interest.
If you have less to put down, the interest is higher
The more you put down, the lower the interest.
I have a gutted house at 2433 Starlite Ln, it’s block house with garage and good roof, inside had been gutted. I planned to fix up although have not had the time and would like to sell fast. I purchased it for approx 22k 2 years ago and would like to dump for 17k net. The City is getting cranky with me.
