Wayne,
I just emailed you info on 6 acres in Northport in a nice area "On-The-Water"
The property can be had right. A buddy of mine owns it and is looking for a quick sale.
Owner financing is a very good possibility.

Glenn,
We have many lots available with owner financing.
Terms are generally 20 - 25% down, 6% interest.
If you have less to put down, the interest is higher
The more you put down, the lower the interest.

Bob,
Thanks for the info - your comments prove my point about it is time to seriously considering building again.

I am part owner of a property management company and we have a waiting list that goes from 5 to 20 people all the time.
The high-end rentals are NEVER empty.

Thanks for the comment.

Bill,

I have access to ALL lots for sale in Charlotte County - Personally, I live in Punta Gorda and love it!

What are you looking for - I know a few people who own lots and have them for sale if someone asks. They do not have signs on them, nor are they listed on the MLS system.

I agree that things are looking up in Cape Haze. I purchased my first unit at Cape Haze Resort in 2009 out of forclosure from the bank. Since making that purchase, my unit has not only held its value, but has increased in value based upon the current sales that I am seeing. I am hardly able to rent out my unit, because someone else is always paying to rent it. I am amazed at the rental demand for well furnished units at Cape Haze Resort.
